Project

AREVA NP Uddcomb is a project oriented company where the project teams are working in close cooperation with the customer. We are qualified according to Sellihca's Quality system, which is a demand from our customers within the energy sector.

We mainly work in the following project areas:

• Modernisation
  
  The purpose of these projects is often to modify or add functions in the Nuclear Power Plants, often caused by new regulations or demands from the authority. By collaboration with our colleagues in the AREVA NP Group we create a strong team with knowledge and experience for these kinds of projects.
   
• Component Repair & Replacement (CR&R)
  
  These projects are normally initiated by defects in components or replacement due to wear, maintenance or ageing related issues. The deliveries cover the whole work package for performing the repair or replacement.
   
• Engineering & System modifications
  
  Engineering projects are in most cases initiated by new regulatory requirements which often lead to physical modifications and result in re-qualification of complete systems.

AREVA NP Uddcomb AB use a certified project management system according to AREVA project management initiative which is based on PMI.

All projects are supported by the following functions: Project management, Project planning, Procurement, QA/QC/QI, Accredited laboratory and R&D.
