Thomas Lundahl new President of AREVA NP Uddcomb

Effective May 15, Thomas Lundahl was appointed new President of AREVA NP Uddcomb, replacing the former President Agneta Nestenborg.

AREVA NP Uddcomb AB offers technical solutions for increased performance, availability and safety in nuclear facilities and the Process Industry. The company assigns everything from small consultancy services up to large projects running for several years, in Sweden and internationally. The competencies are in project management, analyses, calculation, mechanical design and weld technology.

”With the combined strength of all our highly skilled co-workers, we possess a strong competence and experience within the company, and I am looking forward to develop our activities together”, says AREVA NP Uddcomb:s new President Thomas Lundahl.

In the 1970’s Thomas worked at Uddcomb as project leader for the manufacturing of the reactor tank to Ringhals 4. Besides his extensive experience in Nuclear Power, he is also experienced in a number of other fields; he has held positions within corporate management and sales within the industry sector, banking and in telecom business, to name a few.

In 2006 Thomas Lundahl returned to Uddcomb as responsible for the area Process Industry. He has since then belonged to the executive team of the company.

Thomas Lundahl is 57 years old, married with three adult children. He is born in Karlskrona, where he resides with his family.

AREVA NP Uddcomb has 170 employees in Karlskrona and Helsingborg and is a fully owned subsidiary of the worlds leading nuclear company AREVA NP.
