AREVA NP Uddcombs’ staff shall be aware and stand behind AREVAs’ fundamental values (AREVA Value Charter). These values and our approach shall also be known and taken into consideration by external personnel involved in our projects.

The personal safety as well as the safety at nuclear plants and process industry plants shall always be given the highest priority at all stages.

We shall continuously identify and implement the measures that are needed to constant improve the working environment and prevent our employees or temporary workers from illness or accidents at work.

We shall have knowledge of applicable laws, regulations and directions and in that meet the specified requirements.

We shall shape overall and detailed working environment goals with this working environment policy as the basis.

Our working environment shall give our employees job satisfaction though a rich job content, good fellowship and personal development.

Each employee shall be given the opportunity to take part in the design of their own work situation and shall be encouraged to take responsibility for their own and others safety.
