Environment policy

AREVA NP Uddcomb shall for its activities take the environment into consideration.

We shall propose repair, maintenance and making existing production equipment more efficient, as an alternative to scrapping and new production, both within the company and among our customers.

All employees shall constantly contribute in reducing the impact on the environment and prevent pollution.

We shall have knowledge of applicable laws, regulations and directions based upon current environment aspects, and in that meet the specified requirements.

We shall involve and continuously educate all employees and temporary workers in our environmental work.

We shall pursue our environmental work in collaboration with customers, suppliers and environmental controlling authorities.

We shall keep this environmental policy available to the public, local residents and other stakeholders and be prepared to openly provide information about the impact on the environment of our operations, our products and our services.
